Alpine Children's Academy is looking for highly motivated teacher. We have a full time position for Toddler Teacher (age: 2 to 3.5 years old).

• Position Full Time 9:00am to 6:00pm

Qualifications:

All applicants must be able to meet the California regulations of a high school diploma or equivalent, 12 units in Child Development (including Child Development, Curriculum, Child, Family, and Community and Infant/Toddler courses), and at least 1 year experience working with children. All applicants must have experience and excellent references.

• First Aid and CPR Certification is required

Job Description:

1. Plan and implement daily and weekly curriculum

2. Ensure that curriculum and activities are developmentally appropriate and meet identified academic and developmental assets.

3. Provide various experiences and activities for children including songs, games and story telling.

4. Diaper changing.

5. Assist children during meal times.

6. Establish routines and provide positive guidance.

7. Plan, prepare, implement and clean up activities and projects.

8. Maintain center appearance (housekeeping)

9. Must love working with children.
