Job Description :

As a Hunter Sales Specialist at StretchLab, you will be responsible for :

• Prospecting and Lead Generation :
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the wellness industry.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Sales Strategy Execution :
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Tailor sales pitches to highlight StretchLab's unique offerings and benefits.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the StretchLab team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
• Provide feedback from the field to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Networking :
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network.
• Represent StretchLab in a professional and positive manner.

Qualifications :

• Proven Sales Experience : Minimum of 3 years of hunter sales experience, preferably in the wellness industry.
• Results-Driven : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-Motivated : High level of self-discipline, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with CRM software.
• Established network within the wellness industry.
