Position is In Office No Remote

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Outbound Call Center Rep. Your excellent communication, persuasion and sales skills will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and achieving desired outcomes. Pay Rate : $18 / Hour

Schedule : Shift will possibly change, must be available between 8am and 8pm to apply.

  • Places outbound calls in a high volume environment in order to assess a customer's ability to opt into representation.
  • Answer inquiries as they relate to any class action lawsuits clients may be impacted by.
  • Utilize sales and telemarketing skills to create a trusted customer environment
  • No script, must be able to talk with customers organically answering questions and pronouncing medical terms.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
