Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated phone sales rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating leads through effective telemarketing techniques.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Present and promote our services to secure appointments or sales
- Gather and document customer information accurately
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outside sales
- Strong sales skills
- Familiarity with insurance and construction
- Ability to market products persuasively over the phone
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job is commission with a draw. Looking for highly motivated people.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
