As a Client Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, handling a variety of tasks from servicing phone calls to coordinating projects and processing account transactions. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our advisors, ensuring top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date client information in management systems
• Educate clients on account services and offerings
• Schedule appointments and manage client calls
• Handle cash management functions and correspondence
• Assist in opening new accounts and processing service requests
• Stay informed about compliance and regulatory requirements
• Support marketing projects for clients, including mailings and social media posts
• Keep branch supplies stocked and prepare client reports

Ideal Experience & Personality:

• 3-5 years of experience in client service within the finance sector (i.e Wells Fargo preferred)
• Friendly, patient, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong research skills to address client and advisor inquiries
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using industry technology and custodian platforms
