Robert Half is hiring for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our client's billing department with treatment authorization request forms. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.Responsibilities:Review treatment authorization request forms on a daily basis and ensure timely approval for billing purposes.Coordinate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.Submit authorization requests through government portals and other relevant channels within specified timelines.Communicate with internal team members and external partners primarily through email.Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining a high level of productivity.Navigate electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other software platforms to access patient information and documentation.Verify insurance coverage and authorization requirements as needed.Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
