KeyLogic Systems is Hiring a Senior Data Scientist Near Alexandria, VA
KeyLogic is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop advanced data science tools to support identification of and risk management of TCAs with the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and DoD data systems and processes to support the Mission Assurance Integration Division. The project will develop data tools and integrations within a government provided enterprise data integration platform, a Department of the Air Force instance of Palantir Foundry. This project will provide AF senior leaders, decisions makers, and stakeholders dashboards of tailored Mission Assurance data including Task Critical Assets (TCAs), current hazards and threats to assets, scheduled assessments, current risk/vulnerabilities to assets, and AF approved Risk Response selected to address identified risks/vulnerabilities.
Required Skills:
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required
- Active TS/SCI is preferred
- U.S Citizenship Required
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Data Science. PhD preferred
- "Foundry Data Science" or "Foundry Data Analysis" Certification (current or obtainment)
- Minimum of 15 years of data science experience
- Extensive experience in building models on top of complex DoD projects across multiple functional communities and command levels
- Experience in developing Machine Learning models for complex systems engineering data systems
- Experience in managing complex research projects with frequent redirection
- At least 5 years experience with DAF enterprise data systems and processes
- At least 3 years in developing data integration and workflows in the Palantir Foundry or equivalent data integration platform
- Ability to develop and/or migrate models within Palantir Foundry
- Competence in building models in Python (piSpark and Pandas) and R Coding
