Client Services Representative

Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated, experienced, and registered Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic firm. As a CSR, you will be a vital contributor to maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Professional and Personal Qualifications
• Minimum registration of Series 7 and 63 licenses
• Minimum three years of experience in a CSR role or equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage projects and follow through to completion.
• Demonstrated a sense of responsibility and ownership of assignments.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist senior-level representatives and advisers in delivering exceptional service to clients.
• Process new account applications and account service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Engage directly with clients, providing support both over the phone and in person.
• Perform administrative duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and greeting clients.
• Collaborate with external vendors, including our primary custodian, Pershing, to facilitate client accounts and transactions.
• Schedule adviser meetings and appointments.
• Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) software (Redtail).
• Prepare comprehensive meeting documents using industry-standard tools such as Albridge, FI360, and Advicent.
• Create client financial planning documents to support representatives and advisers.
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve client inquiries regarding their accounts.
• Proactively engage with clients through initiatives such as birthday and thank you notes, and sharing relevant articles.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client service and improve processes.
• Organize logistics for team events, ensuring successful coordination.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Work closely with the Compliance and Operations departments.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Old Town Alexandria, VA
We offer a competitive starting salary of $75,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications), along with medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.
