We are a growing team looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic new member. We expect a lot from our team members and champion their successes. Requirements:

• Create strong visual systems in the concepting stage of integrated work, collaborating with copywriters to craft a through-line that is cohesive and authentic to the client. This involves designing a narrative expression, proof-of-concept tactics, and a logical presentation deck.
• For engagements that extend beyond the conceptual stage, produce digital work (such as media campaigns, landing pages, or full .edu designs), as well as print (viewbooks, brochures, campaign materials) and environmental touchpoints (signage, OOH advertising, interactive experiences). Ensure that each deliverable ladders up to the core brand and accommodates client resources and timelines. 
• Work with the client’s internal teams to create guidelines that ensure the brand will remain consistent both during and after project engagement. 
• Own the responsibility of improving your craft while also sharpening the work of those on the design team. 
• Act as a “thought partner” to colleagues on cross-agency teams who are seeking your creative and design expertise. Share ideas and perspectives in these smaller settings just as readily.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or graphic Design and/or any combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Three to Four years of experience as a graphic designer working with a wider creative team, either in-house or at a marketing agency. 
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator). 
• At minimum, proficient skills in Figma or Adobe XD. 
• Knowledge of Adobe AfterEffects and motion graphics is desirable but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Comfort with speaking to and rationalizing creative work. 
• Attention to detail and high integrity in work quality. 

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate deviations and changes when appropriate. 
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide.

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

Salary starts at $70,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
