Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness facility, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, budgeting expertise, and a passion for fitness.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members
- Create and manage fitness programs and classes
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of fitness staff
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote fitness services
- Manage the budget for fitness programs and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness facility

Experience:
- Previous experience in a fitness management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in developing successful fitness programs
- Budgeting experience with the ability to manage financial resources effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and competition analysis
- Proficient in math calculations for financial analysis
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for managing transactions
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training fitness staff
