Responsibilities / Duties
Monitoring the overall process of a customer experience. Ensuring that every experience with the wash is consistent with quality standards and
assisting customers with questions and concerns as needed.
Create a positive environment by using exceptional customer service skills.
Working closely with team members and management to assist wherever needed and complete all site duties as outlined by site management and company standards.
Maintain facility appearance with various cleaning duties and lot upkeep. Report any issues with equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers
- Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks
- Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions
