Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure a learning management system, with a focus on Brightspace, within a higher education setting.
- Manage technical settings of Brightspace to ensure it is customized to meet the specific needs of end users across the institution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS troubleshooting within a higher education environment.
- Participate in the transition to Brightspace as the designated learning management system within a higher education institution.
- Provide both functional and technical expertise with Brightspace to support faculty, staff, and students.
- Previous experience in higher education maintaining and configuring a learning management system, particularly Brightspace.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical settings of Brightspace to meet the needs of end users.
- Proven track record of serving as the point of escalation for LMS troubleshooting within a higher education context.
- Experience participating in an LMS transition to Brightspace is highly desirable.
- Strong functional and technical expertise with Brightspace, including customization and support.
