Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Java programming expertise within IBM's Rational Application Developer (RAD) IDE in an IBM development environment.
- Deploy applications to WebSphere Application Server (WAS) with a focus on efficiency and performance.
- Leverage IBM DB2 experience for database interactions, including XML schema definition, querying, and automated generation.
- Apply your expertise in IBM MQSeries for efficient message queuing.
- Collaborate with government organizations to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform system analysis and design for multi-tiered transactional systems.
- Produce technical design specification documents for component-based systems.
- Proficiency in Java programming in an IBM RAD environment.
- Experience deploying applications to WebSphere Application Server.
- Familiarity with IBM DB2 databases and XML schemas.
- Prior experience in a government organization preferred.
- Strong background in performance tuning applications interacting with databases.
- Knowledge of IBM MQ Series.
- Demonstrated expertise in system analysis and design.
- Ability to produce technical design specification documents.
