The National Sinus Institute is looking to add a full-time Medical Receptionist to our Alamogordo, NM clinic. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, while meeting the needs of our Ear, Nose and Throat specialty providers.

The job duties include:

• Answering phones
• Greeting patients
• Verifying insurance
• Taking co-pays and patient balances
• Scheduling patients
• Managing Provider schedules
• Must work well with Providers and other staff.
• Bi-lingual is preferred
• Willing to travel
