We handle all aspects of general dentistry and also provide additional services such as cosmetic treatments, implants, and root canals. Currently, our office is seeking a Part-Time Hygiene Coordinator for our practices in Alamogordo, NM. The right fit must be a people person, demonstrate multitasking abilities, possess time management skills, be a team player and be comfortable with different types of technology.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients upon arrival
• Answering phone calls and confirming appointments
• Scheduling appointments and filing spaces in the schedule
• Maintaining hygiene recall schedule
• Provide administrative support to dental staff
• Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth flow of patients

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to facilitate hard conversations/provide conflict resolution
• Outgoing, Upbeat and Dependable Personability
