• Located in Akron
• Up to $26 / hour based on previous experience.
• 1st shift
• Temp to Hire opportunity with the company.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Set up welding machines based on the job at hand.
• Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding.
• Client out, position, align, and fit components together.
• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and / or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

• 1 years' experience welding in MIG, TIG, and stick.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Able to identify and resolve problems, as well as gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Should be able to lif and / or move up to 60 pounds.
• Will be subject to pre-employment screening.

Shift Information : 1st Shift Schedule :

1st Shift Schedule :

• Monday and Friday : 6 am - 4 pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday : 6 am - 5 pm
• Saturday : 6 am - 11 am
