Operations Specialist
Regular, Full Time

DiVal Safety Equipment, a leader in the industrial safety, Fire, and EMS distribution business, is looking for credible and motivated Operational Specialist with a whatever it takes attitude.
The main responsibility of this position is to provide accurate and efficient warehouse support with safety being a priority.
Valid Drivers License Required
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Focus on safety at all times safety training and direction must be adhered to at all times
- Including picking, packing, shipping orders, receiving inventory, and putting stock away. (Estimate-50% of the time in the warehouse)
- Provide customer onsite Vendor Managed Inventory replenishment of PPE products for customers as scheduled (Estimate-50% of the time out of the warehouse)
- Complete cleaning and maintenance duties as directed
- Report any existing or potential safety concerns to management
- Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Managers and Supervisors in accordance with other Management Team members
- Perform additional warehouse duties that may arise and assigned by management
Skills and Requirements -
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- AS400 experience is preferred
- Palm pilot / RF training a plus along with formal warehouse equipment training
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma / GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a D.O.T. physical with drug screen
