CHC Addiction Services is Hiring an Outpatient Counselor Near Akron, OH
We are currently looking for a Counseling Supervisor to lead our Adult Outpatient Program. This position will plan, organize and direct the day-to-day activities of the program, including clinically supervising and evaluating the outpatient counseling staff, ensuring exceptional services are being provided while also monitoring and maintaining program productivity and observance of program/agency policies and guidelines. Will also maintain an individual caseload providing direct service to patients through individual and group counseling
Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field. Must have a current license from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a PCC-S or LISW-S or the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as an LICDC-CS. Should have knowledge of and experience with managerial operations, including having strong skills in leadership, supervision, communication and employee development.
