```Duties```
- Conduct patient assessments to determine their healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare conditions and treatment options
- Document patient information, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Advocate for patients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate care and services
- Collaborate with insurance providers and managed care organizations to facilitate authorization of services
```Qualifications```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina and Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or behavioral health setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to perform vital signs assessment accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Knowledge of managed care principles and practices is a plus
