Responsibilities:

· Work in collaboration with a physicians

· Develop and implement clinical education material

· Effectively communicate with office and clinic staff

· Works cooperatively with Physicians, other Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Nurses and other clinic and office staff

· Monitors the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, prescription of pharmacological agents and treatments and non- pharmacological therapies

· Provides direction to various clinic staff and performs comprehensive assessments

· Provides counseling and education to meet patient needs

· Formulates a diagnostic impression; and develops and implements a treatment plan

· Orders, conducts and interprets diagnostic tests

· Performs additional related duties as needed

Requirements:

· Ability to manage time and stress effectively, and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting

· Master’s degree plus at least one to two years of related experience, or equivalent in education and experience

· Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient and staff needs

· Current State license, as well as board certification

· Current DEA, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications

· Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated leadership ability

· Strong computer skills in an Electronic Medical Record.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
