Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Handle the overall daily production of all cakes, pastries, and baked goods for the Alley Restaurant.
- Delegate daily responsibilities and duties to your bakery team.
- Take order and inventory ingredients of all bakery products.
- Plate desserts for the restaurant and for display.
- Work alongside the Executive Chef and restaurant management team in events or business relating to the restaurant.
- Monitor food and operational expenses reports.

- Excellent leadership skills and ability to delegate.
- Able to multitask and to stay calm under stressful/unusual circumstances.
- Exhibit interpersonal savvy and has an open line of communication to all staff.
- Create a comfortable work environment for all team members.
- Punctuality and work consistency.
Work/Educational Requirements
- Food Safety Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
A Skills Assessment can be given to all candidates for this position for consideration at the discretion of the Executive Chef.
