• Social Media Management: Creating and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility, engage with customers, and drive traffic to concession areas or online platforms.
• Advertising: Developing and executing advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events both online and offline. This might involve creating ad copy, selecting target audiences, managing ad placements, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Concessions Management: Overseeing the operations of concession stands or areas, which could include inventory management, vendor relations, menu planning, pricing strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Budgeting: Developing and managing budgets for marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, and concession operations. This involves forecasting expenses, tracking spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve financial goals.
