Salary: Competitive and commensurate with skills and experience Responsibilities: Assist the principal in the coordination of the entire school program including instructional leadership, student discipline; diversity, equity and inclusion, facilities & transportation; student scheduling; supervision & evaluation. Specifically:Collaborate with Principal and Grade Level teams to lead curriculum and instruction.Assist in leading the rollout of multi-tiered systems of support for literacy, mathematice and social emotional learning.Review instructional outcomes and trends; communicate to staffSupport tiered social-emotional learning (SEL) structures, Responsive Classroom principles, and restorative practicesMonitor data regarding school-wide discipline and behaviorCo-develop and lead professional learning (with School Principal and teacher leaders) Evaluation, and SupervisionSupport Principal’s efforts to hire, supervise, and evaluate professional and support staff Track absences and tardies; communicate with families/staff about attendance issuesCreate school-wide master schedule, MCAS schedule, and MTSS scheduleMaintain internal and external communications with various stakeholdersAttend school-wide celebrations and events
