Globe Life is Hiring a Benefits Advisor Near Avon, IL

American Income Life is seeking talented candidates to join our team of trusted and highly skilled Life Insurance Agents. This unique opportunity offers a commission-based pay with weekly bonuses and residual income.
Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Handling warm leads from individuals seeking information regarding life insurance. (NO COLD CALLING)
  • Working with union members to determine their insurance needs, desires, and budget
  • Providing a quality customer service experience to our valued and new policy holders
  • Speak with members regarding Final Expense Insurance, Income Protection, Mortgage, Protection, Accidental Policies, Cancer Policies, and other insurance products that are highly valued amongst our union members.
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm. Saturday. 9am-2pm. (After candidate has completed all F6 Training hours, has a proven knowledge of basic insurance products to protect union families, and has shown that candidate can conduct a proper meeting with union members candidate will have the luxury of setting their own schedule).

Along with benefits representatives getting access to a specified blue collar union market. Benefit representatives get access to five-star F6 training program and workshop which are conducted and led by some of the top SGA's, RGA's, and other top agents who are spotlighted in our business.
