Job Description:

AtWork Medical in Austin is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing direct and indirect care to patients 18 and older, including those with medically complex conditions, general medical-surgical needs, and rehabilitation or wound care requirements. The RN will also oversee patient care during their shift, ensuring it aligns with nursing standards. Additionally, the RN must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to effectively implement the nursing process while delivering patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Ability to project a professional image

· Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements and hospital policies and procedures

· Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations

· Strong organizational and analytical skills

· Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (Order entry, data input etc.)

· A minimum of two (2) years experience in an ICU environment is preferred.

Education and/or Experience:

· Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing

· Two or more years of acute care experience or rehabilitation as a registered nurse is preferred

· A Registered Nurse who is currently licensed to practice, in good standing, by the state of employment

· Must maintain current provider CPR certification throughout employment

· ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment

· If working in ICU, current ACLS is required upon hire and throughout employment

Pay: $48.00 per hour
