We are seeking Lead Line Cooks to join us who are passionate about providing our clients with an exceptional dining experience. As our next Line Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring that every dish is cooked and presented following appropriate recipes, presentation standards, and with accuracy for the guest order. We need an experienced cook who is comfortable with a variety of cooking techniques such as poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking. We are in search of a passionate foodie who really enjoys leading a team to accomplishments. We make available a work atmosphere that is motivating and plenty of possibilities for personal growth. The successful applicant will get the opportunity to step up to an important role and be responsible for helping the Chefs manage the everyday tasks in the kitchen.
