Job DescriptionYukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking to hire Licensed Master Social Workers in Bethel, Alaska! We do offer relocation assistance if you are not local to Bethel!

YKHC serves 58 federally-recognized Tribes and operates 41 Village Clinics. Our five larger communities are served by five Sub-Regional Clinics. All communities in our service area are served by the 55-bed regional hospital in Bethel.

All communities in our service area are served by the 55-bed regional hospital in Bethel.

Minimum Requirements:
- MSW (Master of Social Work) from an accredited school of Social Work
- One (1) year experience in hospital or health-care setting.
- State of Alaska license at Master’s level (LMSW) required or eligibility.
- Valid Alaska State driver’s license is required.
- Basic knowledge of computer use.
- Prefer experience working in cross-cultural setting with bilingual language skills in English & Yup'ik.
- Ability to read, comprehend & write at the college level & effectively present information in one-on-one & group situations to patients/clients, agencies, communities, & other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply/divide in all units of measure, with whole numbers, common fractions, & decimals; compute rate, ratio, percent; draw/interpret bar graphs.
- Should be able to perform supervisory tasks when supervisor is away, work independently and in collaboration with other social worker.
