Bucked Up seeks a Deductions Analyst with exceptional follow-up skills to manage and validate client deductions on invoices. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough research, submit disputes, and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers a fast-paced environment, opportunities for professional growth, and competitive compensation. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze ad hoc deduction reports for both internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Determine validity of deductions by researching and gathering documentation
  • Regularly liaise with clients on status of disputes
  • Ensure timely resolution of invalid deductions, communicating effectively with clients and Accounting Team
  • Foster strong business relationships while providing exceptional service.
  • Contribute to team efforts aimed at enhancing deduction management processes and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback and facilitate monthly discussions regarding obstacles/ findings/ insights with Management
  • Work with finance to ensure receivables are closed only after corresponding disputed matters have been resolved
  • Identify challenging trends and solutions
  • Collect sufficient documents internally and externally to be able to successfully dispute invoice deductions

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Advanced in written and verbal communication.

  • Able to consistently exhibit high qualities in interactions with employees at all levels of the organization, vendors, customers and others
  • Proficient in Spreadsheets 

  • Ability to engage effectively with management at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multi-task, partner with cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines
  • A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work multi-department projects to meet business needs

Preferred Desired Skills:

  • Preferred but not required 2-3 years of experience in Sales Deduction.

  • Proven ability to manage challenging situations effectively.

  • Prior deductions/accounting experience 

Additional Information:

  • Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday

  • Pay is DOE
