Job Title: Financial Analyst, Sr.
Location: Akron, OH 44306
Duration: Direct Hire
Shift: 1st Shift (8AM-5PM)
Onsite 4-5 days a week
Job Designation:
The Senior Financial Analyst will develop, prepare, evaluate, and analyze the complex financial analysis studies in an accurate and timely manner using financial analysis principles; company financial practices plus policies, to resolve intricate financial problems.
- The role is key to all major Financial Planning & Analysis processes and functions including, annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis, cash flow control, and value-based decision making.
- The role provides support to the FP&A Manager & other senior management as required and includes, but is not limited to, investment analysis, new business opportunities – pricing and costing support, and other ad-hoc projects.
- Functional Department Support, A/R & Cash Flow Controlling, Business Controlling
Skills:
- Commercial and price development experience with a demonstrable understanding of financial matters and profit drivers.
- Knowledge of SAP and expert proficiency in Excel
- Experience with GAAP
- Comfortable with creation and manipulation of large data bases.
