DADC has a current need for a full-time Case Manager to provide services to clients, assist with referrals to and from our agency, and coordinate care for clients. This position is primarily office-based though some service delivery may occur outside of the office.
This is a grant funded position which is time limited. Sometimes funding is extended and would therefore extend the employment opportunity.
Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a year of experience providing case management or a similar service.
