Responsibilities :

• Conduct engaging and effective small group training sessions in the evenings.
• Develop comprehensive fitness plans tailored to individual and group requirements.
• Educate clients on nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement their fitness routines.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment for all participants.
• Track and assess clients' progress, adjusting fitness plans as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Small Group & Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness Narragansett is a part-time position responsible for motivating, inspiring, and aiding clients in achieving their individual fitness goals.

This is an individual contributor role in the franchise industry, located in Narragansett, Rhode Island.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this position is $17 to $23 per hour, paid biweekly.

Additionally, trainers may qualify for additional commissions based on meeting specific goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of fitness training experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Personal Training or other related certifications or licenses.
• Knowledge of different types of exercise equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings and weekends.
