Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Rent Collections:

  • Collect monthly rent from tenants.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of rent payments.
  • Follow up on late payments and manage delinquency procedures.

• Tenant Relations:

  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster positive tenant relationships to maintain high retention rates.
  • Enforce lease agreements and property rules.

• Maintenance Management:

  • Schedule and oversee routine and emergency maintenance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely repairs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

• Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and organized tenant files and property records.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute notices and correspondence as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in property management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
