Copiers Plus Inc is Hiring an IT Support Specialist (Copiers) Near Clayton, NC
Responsibilities:
- As the candidate you must be highly motivated
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fluid environment
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
- Have a valid clean DL.
- Will be traveling from customer site to customer site.
- Break, fix, repair of hardware and network related issues
- A high school diploma with a proven work history (in a related field preferred) and a minimum computer skillset
- Maintain a high level of professional relationships with our customers and fellow employees
- Perform full range of on-site maintenance and repairs
- Follow proper total service call procedures to make sure the equipment is running as expected
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues using strong analytical skills
- Accurately document service calls using the Remote Tech App
- Maintain, manage, and protect parts, car stock, company tools and other assigned assets

The team realized something that quickly became a founding principle – Care deeply for your clients and work hard to bring them the service they deserve.

Instead, he wanted to really dial into the customer’s challenges, and then provide a solution that best met their demands.
