About The RoleTo provide a high quality Social Work service to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.
We are looking for someone who has…
- A Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Social Work clinical practice.
- The ability to participate in an On Call Roster at CRGH
