Title: SharePoint UI/UX Developer
Location: Washington, DC - Onsite: 4-5 days in person required per week
Clearance: Active Top Secret (SCI preferred)

About the role:

• Rackner is seeking a qualified SharePoint UI/UX developer with an active TS clearance (active SCI preferred) to support our operations at the State Department.
• Individual will be instrumental in maintaining, improving, and optimizing our SharePoint environment to ensure seamless collaboration and communication within the department.

What will make you successful?

• 5 years; Design and Development experience.
• Familiarity with the SharePoint framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, service applications, and O365 integration.
• SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of information security best practices related to SharePoint.

In this role you will:

• Manage, monitor, and support the SharePoint infrastructure.
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain and administer SharePoint services, including search, content hub, and user profiles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all SharePoint sites, adhering to established departmental protocols.
• Provide user training and documentation.
• Come Together with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure the integration and alignment of systems.
