Summary:
The Staff Accountant will be a member of NFP’s Corporate Accounting and Finance Department, reporting to VP, Firm Finance Director. They will be responsible for assisting NFP firms on all accounting activities of the business including accurate and timely reporting of financial information, including monthly financial results and balance sheets, budgets and analyses of the monthly results. The Staff Accountant’s responsibilities may also include corporate consolidation activities, generation of internal financial reporting, and reviews of new acquisitions and contingent payments. The Staff Accountant will need to establish and maintain good communications with firms and other departments.
Summary:
The Insurance Accountant role provides business accounting and general bookkeeping support for fast-paced specialty programs utilizing the agency management system called IMS. Primary responsibilities will focus on General Ledger accounting, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and cash account management. The role will report directly to the Accounting Manager.
