Remote position but candidates must be close to Phoenix, AZ to go in the office one day a month.
The LCA will work with clients to ensure timely and accurate resolutions to client requests and inquiries and will be able to confidently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver as promised, effectively prioritize, and escalate issues and/or seek guidance before issues impact clients or grow larger.
o Assist with audit support, including SOC1 reports, confirmations, pricing materials, and more
o Produce high-quality, accurate portfolio review presentations
o Liaison to the Middle Office team for SACAs, transfers in kind for asset management clients, third party custody inquiries, provide exceptional new account onboarding experience, and more
o Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
o Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
o Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
o Knowledgeable and quick responses on day-to-day client support, including wire support and wire confirmations, signer updates, LOAs, system access, assist clients with general systems navigations, and more
o Client service; including speedy client response and service delivery
o Be available to receive inbound client requests
o Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
o Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
o Manage and solve conflicts with clients
o Escalate problems appropriately to appropriate internal teams
o Partner with Client Management to develop new business with existing clients
o Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
o Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
o Partner with marketing teams to facilitate client communication
o Provide feedback on advisory topics to enhance LM Thought Leadership program
o Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
o Knowledgeable of internal bank processes and timelines to facilitate service requests
o May conduct process and workflow training to colleagues and internal partners
o Provide information needed to generate reports to track activities, progress and develop strategies
o Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
o Ensure client records and activities are recorded accurately across LM systems
o Capture and record data relating to account acquisition and account status
o Collect data to learn more about client behavior with the goal to enhance the client experience
