Our client is hiring a CRM Marketing Analyst to play a critical role in designing and implementing a unified, real time, cross-channel/platform view of our customer to continuously optimize marketing efforts and build customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You’ll lead the Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Click Dimensions Campaign Builder initiatives to build, optimize, improve, and maintain an integrated solution that combines customer data from a variety of sources/platforms. You’ll design and implement an efficient, cohesive solution with your expertise in technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures. You’ll support Sales and Marketing with quantitative analysis and data-driven insights.You’ll manage end-to-end CRM email marketing campaigns including concept development and content planning, audience segmentation and targeting, set-up, deployment, reporting and ongoing testing and optimization. Bachelor's degree in data science, marketing, mathematics, or a related field.
3 years of experience in data analysis and marketing with a focus on CRM and marketing automation platform optimization and database management. MS Dynamics and ClickDimensions preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer segmentation mechanisms, and their impact on customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
Strong knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on customer segmentation and personalization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies. Ability to use SQL and other tools to collect, clean, transform, manipulate, and analyze customer attribute data.
Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, campaign optimization, and test-and-learn methodologies.
