About The Position

Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday

Location: Onsite/Hybrid in Carlsbad, CA

The SEO Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our comprehensive SEO strategy to enhance organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and optimize landing pages in alignment with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of SEO best practices across all our ADS websites. The SEO Manager will be responsible for leading and managing SEO initiatives, making data-driven decisions, and providing insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Functions 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic direction for SEO initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and overall digital performance.
• Oversee the implementation of SEO best practices across all ADS websites and digital content.
• Manage and oversee the work of SEO contractors or agencies, ensuring alignment with the company's SEO strategy.
• Lead SEO projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, development) to ensure SEO integration across all aspects of the online presence.
• Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
• Support outbound communication campaigns – both print and digital.
• Monitor and track SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report on SEO performance to stakeholders and recommend data-driven action plans.
• Stay up to date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve organic search visibility.
• Optimize landing pages and website content for better user experience and search engine ranking.
• Collaborate with team on content calendars that support email campaigns, organic social, and paid campaigns.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in SEO management with a proven track record of success.
• College level analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Two years experience with SEO tools and platforms such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Demonstrated Technical SEO working knowledge and experience with on-page optimization strategies.

Pay range and Compensation Package

Salary ranges may vary depending on location. The general hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 yearly salary. Actual compensation depends on education, experience and relevant skills.
