Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Academic Affairs to join our institution. The ideal candidate will oversee all academic programs, faculty development, and student success initiatives to ensure academic excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties:

- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to enhance the quality of education
- Provide leadership in curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation processes
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of academic programs with industry standards
- Manage faculty recruitment, evaluation, and professional development programs
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for academic departments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation standards
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance student retention and graduation rates

Experience:

- Proven experience in academic leadership roles with a focus on research, compliance management, and quality assurance
- Strong background in Chemistry manufacturing controls, FDA regulations, clinical trials, and project management
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative educational strategies to improve student outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or related field; Ph.D. preferred
