Position Summary
The Learning Advisor serves as a learning business partner to their assigned department / internal client groups and helps design, build, and facilitate learning programs, products, and tools.
In this role, the Learning Advisor will help build learning products and standardize learning experiences throughout the enterprise.
They will also work with global teams : multi-layered business leaders and individual contributors within their assigned group to deliver learning programs and products to help identify learning needs and design solutions and learning experiences that align with our business goals.
The Learning Advisor will serve as a learning thought partner in data analysis, learning methods and business acumen to create, influence and deliver exceptional learning experiences throughout the organization.
The Learning Advisor in this role will have strong learning product and program development, leadership program development, talent management and learning business partnership capabilities.
A strong design aesthetic for product and branding.
