Role Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all of Imprint Engine's fulfillment activities and processes. This includes planning, coordinating and directing operations across multiple departments and locations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. This role will require being onsite at our Brooklyn Center warehouse the majority of the time.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and practices to improve productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
• Manager operational budgets and control expenses to achieve financial targets
• Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of supply chain, logistics, inventory management and warehouse fulfillment activities
• Lead, motivate and mentor a team of operations personnel to deliver top-notch work that delivers results
• Ensure proper staffing levels across operations and handle recruiting, training and performance management of operations personnel
• Establish and monitor operational metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives and deadlines
• Identify risks and issues impacting operational performance and implement mitigation plans
• Collaborate with other directors and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies across operations
• Be onsite to provide in-person leadership and oversight of operations

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain or related field
• 6 years of experience in operations or general management roles
• Proven track record of driving operational objectives and achieving business results
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of operations best practices, operational metrics and warehouse management
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control and fulfillment processes
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and business process optimization
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
