Barrett Petfood Innovations is Hiring a Set Up Specialist Near Little Falls, MN
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support, job setup, and troubleshooting of packaging and production equipment, solutions may require development of new or improved equipment, processes, or techniques.
- Automation and robotic support for multiple packaging lines.
- Responsible for assisting plant engineering duties within the facility.
- Works independently and with a team, conferring with Supervisor or Manager on unusual or complex assignments.
- Assists in process engineering activities and projects in coordination with internal and external partners.
- Identifies and investigates issues and provides solutions to management team.
- Assesses feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering tests, products, and equipment.
- Executes and leads performance improvement activities through OEE.
- Associates degree in automation or robotics or equivalent work experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with coworkers effectively.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on computers.

Hours:
- Saturday & Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Additional 12 hours shift during week, schedule varies depending on company needs and employee availability.
- Paid 40 hours.
