Job Title: Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate Location: Macedonia
Shifts Available: 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

Pay Rate
- 1st Shift: $17/hour
- 2nd Shift: $19/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble doors according to specifications, paying close attention to detail
- Cut and trim materials to precise measurements, ensuring a perfect fit
- Install hardware such as handles, hinges, and locks with precision and care
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Proficiency with small hand tools and basic math skills.
- Adaptability to work in varying temperatures, particularly in hot warehouse conditions.
- Willingness to grow and advance within the company.
