Security Agent is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local and state security requirements at all times and adherence to established security protocol. They will also maintain working order of all security assets.

Their primary duty is to guard, traffic, conduct surveillances of the company property and to prevent and deter theft and violence.

Responsibilities to observe security cameras to check for theft or unusual activity on the premise, verification of Identification to include scanning and detecting false identification etc.

A positive and professional attitude and the ability to handle all types of interactions with customers.

Perform checks of security equipment.

Protect the cash on hand and processes.
Monitor premises and prevent, deter and report any and all criminal activity and loss of assets.

Provide assistance as directed
Required to wear security apparel and equipment

Approach and deter all breaches of security.
Ensure the reporting and documentation of all incidents and provide initial information for investigations to appropriate authorities.
Adhere to confidentiality clauses.

This role will be required to assist with delivery acceptance and trash removal.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience and / or training in de-escalation and conflict resolution preferred but not required.

Minimum 21 years of age

Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check.

Pass a comprehensive background check that includes a criminal history, and obtain and maintain state agent requirements.
