Overview:

Campbell Insurance, a dedicated provider of comprehensive insurance solutions, is currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Account Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

· Answering phones and providing courteous service to clients and partners.

· Greeting customers warmly and assisting with their inquiries.

· Sorting mail and managing correspondence efficiently.

· Processing incoming client payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

· Assisting with personal lines change processing, including policy updates and adjustments.

· Conducting renewal reviews to ensure continuous coverage for clients.

· Engaging in account-rounding activities to identify opportunities for additional services.

· Supporting small commercial lines change processing to meet business client needs.

Position Details:

· Part-time role with less than 30 hours per week.
