Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption - Adhere to all health and safety guidelines - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Skills: - Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, for order processing - Knowledge of brewing techniques and ability to create unique cocktails - Strong cash handling skills and ability to operate a cash register - Excellent sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue - Bartending skills including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks - Time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Knowledge of food handling regulations to ensure food safety standards are met - Exceptional hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our establishment.
