Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring efficiency in production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, parts availability, and production capacity.
• Engage with various functions, including sales, procurement, and manufacturing, to gather information and ensure alignment with production goals.
• Communicate with key stakeholders, including customers, the status of production orders.
• Assist the procurement to ensure timely availability of parts and components.
• Maintain order status in ERP system
• Monitor and analyze production data in the ERP system to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist the procurement team to ensure timely availability of parts and components.
• Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in customer demand and/or unforeseen issues.
• Implement and maintain best practices in production planning to enhance overall efficiency and reduce lead times.

Skills:

• Leadership experience in a Parts manufacturing environment or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Proven people skills required, must have ability to work with others
• Understanding of system(s)
• Proficient with Microsoft office products
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Organizational and problem-solving skills required
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $48,500.00 per year
