Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Bloom Wine Bar & Florals. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or catering setting

- Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and mixology

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling

- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)

- Food safety certification is preferred but not required

At Bloom, we offer competitive pay rates of $15/hour plus pooled tips.
