Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation, menu planning, and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, fruits and cheeses
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality
- Help with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements to existing recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with catering orders and events as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food handling role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices

-Obtain food handler's license, reimbursed by us
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen as needed
- Excellent communication skills

Please note that all positions at our company are paid $15/hour plus pooled tips.
